Our tips
How to Get There
We explored the location by car, which took approximately 12 hours. The fastest route takes you through Plzeň, Munich, Innsbruck, Bolzano, Verona, Bologna, Florence, and Arezzo, leading to Monterchi and further to Lippiano, just a short drive up the hill. Alternatively, you can fly from Prague to Bologna or Florence, rent a car or take a train to continue your journey comfortably.
Attention to Detail
Owner Monika personally contributed to the villa's design. Her eye for detail and love for aesthetics are reflected in every element of the interior, designed to create a cosy yet stylish atmosphere.
This Italian saying, “the sweetness of doing nothing,” expresses the feeling of simply being present and savouring the moment. We believe you’ll find your "la dolce far niente" at this enchanting place.
Weather
The warmest period in Tuscany runs from March to October, but even in winter, there’s no need to worry about extreme cold.
A Fairytale Vacation
No obligations—just relaxation, breakfasts in the garden, exercise, swimming, Aperol spritz by the pool, fresh fish and tomato shopping at the local market, Italian delicacies, evening gatherings under the stars, and much more await you.
