Eclipsed by trees, just a few steps from the pond, sits a small house designed in the Scandinavian “hygge" style. The owners had plenty of land, so they decided to make good use of it and enable others to enjoy a place of perfect relaxation in gorgeous nature. Don't look for a TV or wifi connection - just soak up the surroundings and seep in the silence.

Purchase

The ground floor provides a fully equipped kitchen, including an oven and a dishwasher, a living area with a sofa and a bathroom with a shower. You’ll find everything you need, but no unnecessary decorations or furniture, just Nordic minimalism. The house also has an adjoining terrace with seating and views of the pond. And don't worry about having to be in contact with the owners: there’s a separate driveway to the house, so if you don't want to see anyone, you don't have to.

The tiny house with a living area of 26 m2 is located on the edge of the property near our family home. The house was completed in 2019 in a minimalist Scandinavian "hygge" style where only natural materials are used. The goal is joyful and carefree living in harmony with nature.

Písek is a historic town with the oldest Czech stone bridge and many other important monuments, charming cafés and several restaurants waiting to treat you to a delicious meal and merry time.

Ahoj!

The river Otava flows through the surroundings. A former gold mining site, today it's a paradise for paddlers, canoeist and other water sport enthusiasts. The river offers many weirs, but the water transport is not too busy.

For history buffs

If you're keen on history, be sure to visit one of the five castles and chateaux in the area. We recommend hopping on your bikes and cycling over to Zvíkov Castle, for example.

For lovers of design
